Vittorino Zanibon is shown in the next 3 pictures while at Cantieri Riuniti in Palermo when she was used for storage of contaminated water(?). On 29 October 2007, while on tow from Palermo to a different location for breaking up, she sunk near the Calabria coast near Riace Marina (RC).

He was on the V. Zanibon on two occasions.The first time as Second Mate and he joined the ship in Port de Bouc on 26.9.51 and left her in Marseille on 23.6.52
The second time he joined on 29.11.53 in Porto S. Stefano as Chief Mate and left in Naples on 15.7.54
